Position Title: CLIENT SUPPORT MANAGER-OPERATIONS
Location: REMOTE/MIDLAND, TX/HOUSTON, TX

Responsible to: SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS
Position Summary: As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. You will work closely with the company’s operations department to understand customer needs and provide solutions that align with their goals. Your primary focus will be on building long-term relationships, maximizing customer lifetime value.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support as needed.
- Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback, assess satisfaction levels, and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operation teams to align customer needs with company offerings.
- Analyze customer data and trends to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and retention and report back to sales.
- Develop and maintain customer communication channels, including email and phone.
- Monitor customer accounts, track key metrics, and generate reports to measure performance and progress.
- Conduct regular meetings with customers to review their needs, discuss solutions, and ensure expectations are met.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Other Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer relationship management or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets and objectives.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
