Assist Superintendent in holding jobsite meetings, scheduling updates, managing subcontractors and walk throughs with inspectors.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Monitor daily construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans and that project timelines are met.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety standards and quality controls are met.

Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.

Assist in preparing and submitting required reports to the Construction Superintendent.

Support the Construction Superintendent in managing the on-site construction team.

Facilitate communication between various project teams, including engineers, architects, and subcontractors.

Enforce safety protocols and regulations.
