Key Responsibilities / Essential Job Functions:
- High volume of daily outbound calls & emails to small, medium and large truck fleet client
- Market the advantages of Ohio Truck Sales’s quick and efficient Truck Buying Process while negotiating small and large volume unit purchases
- Train and gain product knowledge to better help you close deals
- Host client Microsoft Teams meetings with executive presence
- Analyzing the overall condition of small to large size fleets of trucks, current market values and the costs associated with refurbishing
- Analyzing truck specs to produce a projected market value
- Achieve and exceed monthly Purchasing/Sales Goals through superior relationship building and company marketing
- Utilize CRM to stay organized, document tasks & touchpoints with clients
Required Education, Skills & Abilities
● 1-2 years of prior experience in Purchasing, Internet/In-Person Sales or BDR
● Urgent self starting / Entrepreneurial
● Negotiation Skills: You will be working with individuals & fleets selling their trucks
● Analytical Skills: You will be working with multiple sellers to determine the best deals for our company and will have to evaluate the many pros and cons of each, based on price, quality, speed of delivery, and other factors
● Decision-Making Skills: You will need to use the information you have gathered to make decisions on behalf of our company
