Job Summary
Leading stocking/manufacturer and distributor of wire, cable and connectivity products is looking for a highly motivated, experienced Inside Sales Account Manager. We offer the most extensive and comprehensive selection of cable products and related networking accessories. Candidate should maintain a high level of professionalism, sustain daily efforts in prospecting and developing new accounts, generating sales quotes, and handling customer inquiries.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Heavy Cold calling and prospecting on the phone
- Meet monthly sales and performance goals
- Promote products and promotions to regional sellers
- Respond to customer requests and inquiries in a timely manner directly and/or in coordination with Sales Director
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, delivery etc.
Qualifications and Skills
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent computer software knowledge, i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet skills
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Ability to initiate, establish, and maintain business relationships with prospects and customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, learn products, systems, and sales processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivator/self-starter
- 2-year experience is a plus
We offer a base salary plus cap less commission plan, 401K, Vacation plan, Health Insurance Package.
