We are a US based company that aims to expand into international markets: Canada, UK, EU, Australia, and China.
We're looking for someone to both plan AND EXECUTE the starting stages for our international expansion. You will navigate the legal requirements for establishing our company and operating procedures for contracting or hiring staff, business registrations, legal requirements, and tax requirements. Understanding of marketing and pricing strategy in each market is highly helpful. You may engage appropriate 3rd party resources such as legal or tax professionals on our behalf and expense.
We are a walking tour company that currently operates throughout the US.
We may hire more than one person for this project-
Develop and execute the company's international expansion strategy, focusing on target markets.

Assess the regulatory and legal requirements, as well as cultural nuances and business practices, of the target markets.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to adapt products or services to meet the specific needs and preferences of the local markets.

Develop and implement market entry plans, including pricing strategies, marketing campaigns, and distribution channels.

Monitor and evaluate market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and make strategic adjustments.

Manage and coordinate international expansion projects, ensuring timely execution and adherence to budgets and timelines.

Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.

Stay updated on industry trends, economic developments, and political factors that may impact international operations.
This is a Remote (work from home) position.
