We are seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our team immediately!

Our Direct Support Professionals work one on one with clients, in their own homes and in the community, to focus on goals that they have set for themselves, build skills that empower them, and help them engage and integrate with their community while remaining independent.
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients, one on one, in their homes on a regularly scheduled basis.
- Support clients through creative, thoughtful, problem-solving
- Understand and work to follow through with support plan goals.
- Assist individuals in planning and structuring time together.
- Timely completion of documentation of activities and progress as directed by supervisor.
- Clear and professional communication with clients, Field Coordinators, and members of the support team.
Some of these tasks include:
- Assisting with day-to-day tasks ( i.e grocery shopping and running errands etc.)
- Finance management i.e. helping them navigate technology to pay bills etc.
- Participating in a fun activities or hobbies.
- Providing genuine companionship and reliable support.
Scheduled Care Services:
- Personal Care Assistance (PCA): 19.25 hours per week
- Homemaking Support: 5 hours per week
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of customer service experience.
- A reliable car that is well maintained and suitable for client transportation.
- Valid driver’s license and valid car insurance.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Ability to pass and maintain required training for DHS compliance.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 24.25 per week

- Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
