Looking for an experienced Tumbling & Cheer Coach. This is NOT a seasonal position. Must be available to Coach year round. Must have tumbling skills and ability to coach/spot tumbling levels levels 3 and up. Must be able to coach stunting, jumps, and athletes of all ages. This is a non competitive position focused on Cheer & Tumble Training.

Position: Tumbling & Cheerleading Technical Coach- Focused on Training Athletes
Responsibilities:
Instruction and Training: Provide expert coaching in all aspects of tumbling, implement structured training programs that cater to participants of varying skill levels, ensuring progress and skill development.
Safety Implementation: Prioritize and enforce safety measures during all training sessions and activities.
Educate participants on proper techniques and form to minimize the risk of injuries.
Effective Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with athletes, parents, and fellow coaching staff.
Provide regular feedback to participants on their performance and progress.
Commitment to Excellence: Demonstrate a strong commitment to the success and well-being of each participant.
Foster a positive and motivating atmosphere to inspire athletes to reach their full potential.
Individualized Coaching: Recognize and address the unique strengths and challenges of each athlete.
Set and track individual goals, providing guidance and support for personal development.
Qualifications:
Knowledge and Expertise: In-depth knowledge of tumbling techniques. Previous coaching experience preferred.
Skill Proficiency: Proficient in executing and teaching a variety of tumbling skills.
Demonstrated ability to contribute to the skill advancement of athletes.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively convey instructions and feedback to athletes and parents.
Commitment: Strong commitment to the well-being and success of participants.
Willingness to invest time and effort in the growth of the program.
