Position: Program/Project/Management Analyst, Senior (Future)
Location: Naval Air Station (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, MD

Summary/Objective:
This pending contract is in support of the Unmanned Carrier Aviation Program Office, supporting the United States Navy in Patuxent River, MD. This Program Office is responsible for planning, designing, developing, procuring, and providing life cycle support for the MQ-25 Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS).
This position may provide support to the following areas:
- Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E)
- Aircraft Procurement, Navy
- Operations and Maintenance, Navy / Program Management
Primary Responsibilities:
- Apply analytic techniques to evaluate program/project objectives.
- Analyze requirements, status, budget, and schedules.
- Perform management, technical, or business case analyses.
- Collect, complete, organize, and interpret data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
- Track program/project status and schedules.
- Apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management.
Required Education/Experience:
- MA/MS degree, plus ten (10) years of directly related work experience.
- Three (3) years working in, adjacent to, or in direct support of Special Access Programs.
- Three (3) years of experience with Microsoft Office; including setting up Teams meetings, administering Team group chats and calls, and experience with Microsoft Power Automate.
- Experience in Program Offices that are responsible for coordinating efforts across multiple programs of record.
- Experience in Program Offices responsible for ship integration, installations, and early program lifecycle support.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position does not supervise the work of others.
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and copiers.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 80% of the time. Must be able to constantly operate a computer and other standard office equipment.
Travel:
Some travel may be required, less 15%.
