Role Objective:
This position supports our day-to-day operations working closely with our pilots, scheduling and sales team. The candidate should have experience in logistics and optimization shift the aircraft schedule to best optimize the Fly Alliance Charter Fleet.
Essential Job Tasks:
- Managing multiple flights at once with accuracy.
- Communicating with internal and external sales associates to receive passenger info, catering requests, and ground transportation.
- Use of email, text, and phone calls to book trips.
- Working with each aircraft operator to ensure all flights are handled with proper services.
- Creating and maintaining itineraries for each flight with all pertinent information.
- Providing exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, to our customers, vendors, brokers, and other team members.
- Completing tasks and projects with a sense of urgency, working independently to solve problem.
- Multi-tasking effectively, prioritizing appropriately, and providing timely communication of project(s) status.
- Compiling documents into well-organized Dropbox folders to maximize efficiency.
- Use of excel to update pricing guidelines and projections.
- Use of Jet Insight for operations.
- Must work well with the operations team and also the FAA guidelines for pilot duty, rest, and flight time requirements.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.

Work Environment:
- Work is generally performed within an office environment at the company office in Ocoee, Florida with standard office equipment available, as well as at outside at customer events.
- Work will also need to be performed from a remote location, as the demands of this role require work after standard office hours.
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
- Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
- Constantly operate a telephone requiring oral and auditory capacity enabling interpersonal communication.
- The person in this position frequently communicates with customers and must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
- Light physical effort required by handling objects up to 20 pounds occasionally and/or 10 pounds frequently.
- Ability to move from department and buildings to interact with others.
Travel:
Required Education/Experience:
- Three (3) years proven experience in a similar position.
- Aviation experience which may including working towards or having obtained your pilot's license, dispatch, or previous FBO experience.
- Exceptional service skills
