Job Summary:
Join our team as a dedicated Preschool or Toddler Teacher where you will play a vital role in fostering the growth and development of young children. We are seeking individuals passionate about early childhood education practices and creating a nurturing environment for our preschool students.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute engaging and age-appropriate activities to enhance children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development.
- Establish a safe and supportive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Design and follow a structured daily schedule that integrates play-based learning.
- Monitor and evaluate children's progress, providing feedback to parents on their development.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow teachers and staff to maintain a positive and enriching learning atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Certified Teacher or willingness to obtain certification in early childhood education.
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children, demonstrating a strong understanding of childcare best practices.
- Proficiency in classroom management techniques and the ability to create a stimulating learning environment.
- Familiarity with Mass Curriculum Frameworks, Creative Curriculum and Reggio Emilia educational approaches is beneficial.
- Skilled in lesson planning, including incorporating Math, Physical Education, and other subjects into daily activities.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
