ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Financial Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member with Brad Carpenter - State Farm Agent, you will successfully market the retirement products that prepare our customers for the future. Your proficient knowledge of retirement products reinforces your sales-minded and consultative approach to educating customers on their financial options. Your analytical precision makes you an invaluable resource to customers and a competitive addition to a successful agency.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about retirement options.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Provide leads of your own to market retirement products to.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience working as a financial services representative.
- Sound knowledge of retirement products.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Must currently hold relevant insurance licenses (SIE, Series 6/63/65, Series 7)
