Regional Sales ManagerIndigo Physiotherapy is the leader in pelvic floor physical therapy and women’s health in Baltimore and Washington, DC. We are a young and exciting startup company looking to add to our team of 40+ talented individuals championing women’s health and improving quality of patients' lives. We are looking for somebody with equal enthusiasm to build our physician and clinical relationship program. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the chief executive officer, chief medical officer, and marketing team of our growing company driving business growth, building brand recognition, and developing and maintaining important business relationships.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Spend 3-4 days per week in the field/on the road cultivating referrals with physician offices within the regions this position supports (Fairfax County, Arlington County, Montgomery County, Frederick County, Howard County, Baltimore City, Baltimore County).
- Create, foster, and enhance relationships with targeted physicians/practice referral sources through consistent, strategic field call networking
- Assist with direct communication with physicians/practice to ensure patient onboarding efficiency and timeliness
- Coordinate marketing strategies and promotional activities
- Meet face-to-face with key referral physicians and other identified target audience to educate them on services/client care, referral, and intake process
- Utilize CRM to update inbound leads, track events, and physician referrals
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications
- Skills, Knowledge & Abilities: Superb communication, relationship-building and follow through skills are necessary; Ability to understand the diverse, but interrelated activities of organizations; Ability to function effectively with a wide variety of hospital disciplines, including physicians and management; A self-starter known for integrity and creativity.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Passion for building relationships and marketing- telling the story of a business to the community and generating leads, especially through in-person interactions.
- Experience networking and interacting with groups of people.
