We provide the services (utilities, internet, etc.) along with apartment home furnishings to our clients in a simple one invoice solution. Our clients range from Fortune 500 companies (many oil & gas clients - considering Houston is our Headquarters) to individuals seeking treatment in the world renowned Medical Center.
Description:
Responsible for executive personnel/office/sales team administration including answering phones and processing paperwork. Collaborate with the sales and support team for the achievement of customer
satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in-line with company vision and values.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Answer up to 8 phone lines as well as resolve/transfer all calls
- Present company lease paperwork and other required documents to clients
- Follow up with clients until documentation is completed
- Complete property and other vendor lease agreements with vendors
- Follow up with vendors until documentation is completed
- Develop and maintain relationships with apartment leasing staff
- Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships
- Prepare status reports including: activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals
- Identify and resolve client concerns thru problem solving skills
- Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Customer service experience (plus)
- Familiarity with apartment/real estate/leasing industries (plus)
- Professional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter
- Understanding of profit oriented business culture
- Computer literate

Pay: $40,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
