Position: Sales Development Associate (Appointment Setter)

Join our dynamic team as a Sales Development Associate (Appointment Setter) and play a crucial role in connecting prospective customers with our reputable solar company, Axiom 360. As an integral part of our sales team being the first line of contact, you will be responsible for reaching out to leads and setting appointments for them to speak with our knowledgeable solar experts. This position is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic, articulate, and possess excellent communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
- This is a 1099 position ($100 per appointment booked and sat, $400 for close at the time of signing the contract)

Minimum Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience is preferred
- Outbound appointment setting experience is a plus
- Competitive spirit and goal-oriented mindset
- Experience using CRM and autodialer systems
- Strong organizational skills
Responsibilities:
As a Sales Development Associate at Axiom 360, you will be the first point of contact for all prospects, playing a crucial role in our day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling appointments for Axiom 360 consultations
- Build rapport and connect with potential customers with the intention to turn every call into a sales opportunity
- Consistently perform on a variety of key performance indicators and exceeding sales and goals.
