Position Purpose: Be a great host, the members best source of information and create a fun atmosphere for members, guests and staff.
Core Purpose: To create loyal, lifelong fans and exercise practitioners.
Other Responsibilities: 1. Customer Service 2. Payment on Account 3. Club cleanliness 4. Building and equipment maintenance and safety
Accountabilities: 1. Greeting/Farewell all that walk in/out of the front door 2. Phone Power Protocol 3. Cash Protocol 4. Check-Ins, including guest and employee 5. Manage alerted check-ins 6. Monitoring Coolers, Drink/Bar Inventory and Sales
