PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Analyze, interpret and schedule customer forecast requirements, coordinate priorities of sales orders and keep track of performance to insure 100% on – time delivery of product to the customer. Maintain an effective communication system with customers for the solution of problems and requirements.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
A. Receive and assess drop-shipment orders for clean-up and creation in SAP, as applicable.
B. Assure proper order entry and send orders’ acknowledgment to Clients.
C. Daily keep track of order performance, indicating shipping detractors and updates clients as needed.
D. Maintain customer service performance measurement (on time delivery / forecast performance, claims, invoicing, etc.).
E. Receive sales representative service calls and/or emails to align priorities and to provide status.
F. Interface with materials planning, sales representatives, order center and material sending sites.
G. Sends invoices to Clients.
H. Be proactive in identifying customer requirement problems.
I. Maintain professional, effective communication channels with internal/external customers (electronically, memo, verbal).
J. Perform other duties as required.
