Job Overview:
We are seeking an HR Generalist proficient in administrative tasks, benefits management, and enforcing company policies. Responsible for assisting the personnel function within the company, including the administration of personnel records, compliance with laws and regulations concerning personnel, training and development, interviewing, company handbook, special projects...etc
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Develop successful client relationships/business partnership
- Resolve basic to complex problems by leveraging business/ HR knowledge
- Anticipate business needs, think proactively, and respond appropriately
- Logically organize ideas on issues, develop thorough execution plans, and drive process to successful implementation
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, demonstrating a sense of urgency and result orientation
- Hiring and recruiting new employees
- Process employee time and attendance date to payroll
- Other projects or duties as assigned
- Feasibility and writing
- Bilingual

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Experience:
