Description:
The Inside Sales Agent plays a crucial role in generating revenue for the company by proactively selling services to potential and existing customers placing outbound phone calls. They are responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding customer needs, and closing sales deals. This position requires a cooperative team member who is able to achieve goals consistently and efficiently with a consistent workload, and history of good customer service.
Primary Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to present and bundle ABC's services to prospective and existing customers.

Effectively manage prospects by entering and maintaining key information in the prospect database.

Develop a deep understanding of the company’s services and effectively communicate the features and benefits to customers

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty

Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company

Negotiate pricing and terms of sale with customers to close deals successfully
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of customer service experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills

Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

Strong problem-solving and negotiating skills

Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools

Detailed oriented and organized

Can work at a steady pace in one location

Team oriented

Phone sales experience preferred

Spanish speaking a plus

Compensation:

Commission Based - earning potential $45,000 - $75,000 annually
