The People Insights & Analytics Consultant is a high-level advisor to private and government organizations, tackling strategic, high value, workforce-related projects. This individual applies a wide variety of principles, theories, concepts, and techniques to develop innovative analytic solutions, be it for senior leadership, the main workforce, or across the entire organization. The People Insights & Analytics Consultant has the ability to leverage a deep understanding of the businesses he/she supports, conducting in-depth research and analysis to generate insights and recommendations that influence the workforce strategy. This individual is also responsible for ensuring data analysis and reporting is delivered in a clear, concise manner to stakeholders. This role is a combination of both strategy and application, with the ability to see your work being used to implement real business decisions. This individual must have a clear vision of how to lead organizations towards a data-driven and insight-led climate. This analytics role is not an HR Reporting role.
