**Overview:**
Join our team as a Baker and showcase your culinary skills in a unique kitchn environment. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods and pastries to delight our customers.
**Duties:**
- Measure and mix ingredients to prepare dough or batter for various baked goods
- Bake different types of bread, cakes, cookies, and pastries
- Decorate baked goods using icing, glazes, and toppings
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust controls to ensure proper baking
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to fulfill catering orders
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role in the food industry
- Knowledge of baking techniques and pastry-making
- Understanding of food safety practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-experience with Gluten Free and/or Vegan baking preferred
