Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team at a resort hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring a positive guest experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Process reservations over the phone, online, and in person
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Operate phone systems and manage reservations effectively
- Perform night audit duties as needed
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of hotel operations and guest relations
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Familiarity with hospitality management software is a plus
