What you will do:
- Coordinate timelines and workflows with internal teams and third-party vendors to achieve deadline goals.
- Ensure documentation & collection of established SOPs for new system function.
- Collaborate across internal teams relevant to the system’s setup & administration to set expectations for system function.
- Navigate and communicate migration and implementation roadblocks to direct leadership.
- Deploy and test business-critical system integrations.
- Proactively educate team members on updates through presentations & creation of account-specific training material.
- Effectively communicate, assess, and navigate change risks alongside the controller and other stakeholders in the organization.
- Ensure consistent and seamless information delivery to the new CRM by facilitating quality control sessions with appropriate stakeholders.
- Other duties related to the successful rollout of a new system to internal team members, as assigned.
What you will need:
- At least 5 years of experience in ERP implementations & transitions.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong project management focus.
- Project management software experience (Monday.com and/or SmartSheet preferred).
- Experience working with cross-platform integration protocols.
- Proven track record of successful ERP end-to-end implementations, including professional references.
- Experience with integrating software platforms of various types & functions.
- PMP certification a plus.
