Busy home care office is looking for an upbeat bilingual Spanish office support to provide exceptional customer service support to an entire team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by answering and routing phone calls.
- Answering a high volume of calls.
- Maintains a professional attitude and appearance.
- Perform a variety of clerical and data entry tasks and all other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in conversational Spanish.
- Superior customer service and strong communication skills (written & verbal).
- Knowledge of excel or word a PLUS.
- Great attitude.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality.
No Home Care experience is required (a PLUS if you have prior home care or call center experience)
