We are looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic and diverse team. The ideal candidate is a person who is excited to take on new challenges and will work well in an analytical environment. This position reports directly to the owner, so candidates should be flexible, open to change and thrive in hands-on situations. Candidates should have excellent organizational skills and pay attention to detail, with the knowledge that no task is too big or too small.
Responsibilities:
- QuickBooks data entry for multiple clients
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Payroll journal entries
- Retrieving statements for client accounts
- Organize and manage our digital client documents
- Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information
- Provide a professional client experience by answering phones
- Assist with streamlining usage of software applications and company's internal processes
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
