We Are Looking For:
A unique self driven, detail oriented individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality with a strong desire to succeed and grow. The individual must have good general knowledge of world geography and international travel. We are looking for a candidate that can handle contrasting tasks efficiently while contributing to the overall development of the organization. The position requires a self disciplined individual who will assist in daily office tasks and trip planning procedures. Customer service at the highest level is expected. Strong communication skills are a must (verbal and written).
Responsibilities include developing digital marketing campaigns, managing company CRM, writing news letters, co-managing social media channels, set up new vendors, assist agents with operational needs, in-bound calls and other related duties. This role is not limited to one set of responsibilities, as a fast growing company the needs of the position will evolve.
The in-office shifts will be held at our offices in downtown Lakeland (211 E Main St, Lakeland, FL 33801). The schedule will vary 50% remote and 50% in-office. Occasionally some traveling may be required to assist the company with meetings, exhibiting at trade shows or for consumer facing events.
Requirements:
- Answer in bound calls and assign to appropriate party.
- Return calls and emails in a timely manner.
- Proficient working with CRM software (Mail chimp).
- Proficient working with Wordpress.
- Create, edit and manage company website pages.
- Ability to produce digital content at a high caliber on platforms such as CANVA.
- Co-manage company social media outlets.
- Support company executives with managing daily operations.
- Assist with administering presentations.
- Represent company at a five star level.
