Answer the phone in a professional manner at the front desk to respond to current and prospective guests’ needs.
- Book reservations for individuals, families and groups as required.
- Greet walk-in guests and guests with reservations when they arrive at the front desk.
- Collect payments in cash/credit.
- Refer guests to local amenities and venues.
- Communicate guests’ requests and complaints to the appropriate department.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays (Hotel is open 24/7, 365 days).
- Familiarity with the hospitality industry a plus.
Requirements:
- 21 years or older.
- Reliable transportation and valid DL.
- Good customer service skills.
- Required to pass a criminal background check.
