As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of our company, responsible for promoting our various brands and products to dispensaries mostly across New York State. Your primary duties will include traveling to new dispensary openings, conducting ongoing product training sessions for budtenders, and implementing sales strategies to boost brand awareness and drive sales.
Responsibilities:
- Travel to new dispensary locations to represent our brands and products.
- Conduct product training sessions for dispensary staff, including budtenders, to ensure they are knowledgeable about our offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dispensary owners, managers, and staff.
- Implement sales strategies to increase product visibility and drive sales at dispensaries.
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our brand.
- Provide feedback and insights to internal teams based on interactions with customers and dispensaries.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cannabis industry preferred but not required.
- Proven track record of sales success and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel frequently within New York State.
- Passion for the cannabis industry and commitment to responsible consumption.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
