We seek a Senior Director of Product Management to lead our product team responsible for Hinge Health’s core member treatments, which today account for 90%+ of the usage by members. This role is a consumer product role, pivotal in driving the vision, strategy, and execution of our product initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep consumer tech product experience and demonstrated success in launching and growing products and driving user engagement. The ideal candidate will also have strong business judgment akin to a GM or MBA skill set. While healthcare experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory.

What You'll Accomplish

Develop and drive the overall product strategy, vision, and roadmap

Lead and mentor a team of product managers, ensuring alignment with company goals

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Commercial, to deliver innovative, high-impact products

Oversee product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch improvements

Utilize data-driven insights to build a large user base and continuously grow user engagement

Present product updates and strategic plans to executive leadership and stakeholders

Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and consumer needs to inform product decisions
Hinge Health Hybrid Model
We believe that remote work and in-person work have their own advantages and disadvantages, and we want to be able to leverage the best of both worlds. Employees in hybrid roles are required to be in the office 3 days/week.
Qualificatons:
Basic Qualifications

Proven track record of at least 10 years of experience in Product Management, including managing Product Managers, with a focus on consumer technology products.

Strong understanding of software and AI technologies.

Experience with Agile/Scrum product development methodologies.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Ability to think strategically, drive innovation, and lead product initiatives.

Passion for healthcare innovation and a deep understanding of the musculoskeletal care space.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Medical/Scientific field. Advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Compensation
This position will have an annual salary, plus equity and benefits. Please note the annual salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. The annual salary range for this position is $288,000 - $432,000.
