What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute creative social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement, focusing on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Curate and create compelling content including reels, videos, and multimedia that resonate with our audience.
- Collaborate with influencers and strategic partners to amplify our brand's reach and engagement.
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics and trends.
- Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for optimizing campaigns and driving continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, ideally within the food or beverage industry.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective social media campaigns that have significantly increased follower growth, engagement rates, and conversions for consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Experience in using analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance and ROI.
- Proficiency in creating engaging reels, videos, and multimedia content.
- Exceptional communication and writing skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
