**Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for event planning and hospitality, with expertise in managing events, catering, and guest services.
**Duties:**
- Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events such as corporate meetings, weddings, and social gatherings
- Coordinate all event logistics including room selection, catering, entertainment, and decor
- Develop and manage event budgets ensuring cost-effectiveness
- Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure services within budget constraints
- Provide exceptional guest services to ensure a memorable experience for attendees
- Oversee event setup, breakdown, and cleanup to ensure smooth operations
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet event objectives
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Proven experience in events management, catering, or hospitality industry
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to negotiate contracts and manage budgets effectively
- Experience working in private clubs, restaurants, or hotels is a plus
- Proficient in event planning software
