We've spent the last 35 years becoming a leading multi-disciplinary firm with 12 offices across the country and counting. Our services include surveying, landscape architecture, civil engineering, environmental, architecture, and interior services.
The role of an Architectural Senior Project Manager is to plan, execute, and deliver projects in compliance with client requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, supervising the work of internal team members as well as third-party contractors or consultants to ensure that projects are completed as planned. Furthermore, the Senior Project Manager will set a project's objectives, supervise quality control, and be accountable for timetables and budgets.

5+ years of experience leading the management of projects

Proficient in the use of AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite

Architectural License is a plus

LEED Certification is a plus

Client communication experience

Outline project objectives and timelines for completion and effectively communicate them to involved parties throughout the course of the project

Define and establish project scope, schedule and budget for projects as well as maintain quality control over a project's lifecycle

Serve as a primary point of client contact through frequent communication methods and lead client meetings

Lead the preparation of architectural project proposals
