Responsibilities:
JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for communication and follow-up with all referring agencies. Daily communication with admission and discharge follow-up. Additionally, responsible for coordination of special functions, trainings, regularly scheduled BD meetings, as well as outside meetings.
Responsibilities include:

Gather and print out admissions & discharges information for inpatient & PHP from the day before for Hartgrove & Garfield

Separate the adolescents & pediatrics admissions from the adults
- Generate folders for adolescent & pediatric admits for the Academy

Identify admits for Collaborative Bridges (Hartgrove only), insurances and sass agencies (both hospitals)

Identify Social workers for admits from both hospitals

Send out admission information on a daily basis for both hospitals for all SASS agencies, MCA’s and Collaborative Bridges

Schedule all events in the Chicago Conference Room and Executive Conference Room

Host CPD Stress monthly trainings, CPD Peer Support training 3 times a year and all Business Development events

Help with ordering promotional items as needed, keeping store room in order

Attend BD meetings and SASS quarterly meetings

Relieve receptionist for lunch twice a week
Qualifications:
JOB SPECIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to demonstrate competency in the criteria listed in this job description. The specifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and ability to meet the minimum requirements for this position.
Education: High School Graduate; Graduate of an accredited business school preferred
Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years secretarial experience, preferably in a hospital setting. Typing experience required. Experience with office systems and equipment required. Word processing skills required.
Knowledge: Good overall knowledge of general office systems and excellent organizational skills are essential. Word processing skills are required. Language and communication skills with hospital staff, physicians, community members, referral sources, and others is essential. Must be able to manage multiple tasks.
