Ready to make a big marketing impact at a rapidly-growing healthcare technology innovator? We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution skills. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage various aspects of our marketing efforts, including email campaigns, social media, content creation, sales collateral, and event management. The Marketing Manager will report directly to the SVP, Marketing & Business Development and collaborate closely with other teams and business partners to drive our marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Email Marketing: Design and execute segmented email marketing campaigns using HubSpot. Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better engagement and conversion rates.
- Social Media Management: Develop and manage a content calendar. Create, curate, and post content across social media platforms. Design supporting imagery and monitor engagement.
- Content Management: Oversee and update website content, including regular blog posts. Ensure content is relevant, engaging, and optimized for SEO.
- Digital Advertising: Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, including Google AdWords, LinkedIn, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Sales Enablement: Develop compelling sales collateral and other sales enablement materials. Provide PowerPoint support for the sales team and other departments as needed.
- Event Management: Plan and manage the company’s participation in conferences and trade shows. Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, on-site presence, and post-show follow-up marketing outreach.
- CRM Management: Manage and report on CRM sales data using HubSpot. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Metrics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing metrics to track performance and inform strategy.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and customer service teams, as well as with the marketing teams for the company’s most important strategic partners, to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing role.
- Proficiency with HubSpot, including email marketing, website management, CRM, and data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with content creation and social media management.
- Experience in setting up, analyzing performance, and optimizing Google AdWords and LinkedIn campaigns.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the healthcare or technology sectors. B2B and SaaS experience is highly preferred.
- HubSpot CRM certifications.
- Experience managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Design experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools.
