Allied Resource Recovery is Hiring a Local Company Driver
We are looking to add an experienced Class A CDL Semi Driver (at least 2 years of experience required) to our team to transport recyclable materials (e.g. cardboard and paper mostly) for our commercial customers including drop and hook, double drops and some live loads to and from our consolidation plant in Waukesha. If you enjoy doing a variety of different types of driving and short and longer daily runs, when no two days will be the same, this may be an opportunity for you! We are also willing to train you to drive straight truck or roll off if you have an interest, and we will pay you more to do so.
If you are interested in working for a smaller operation with reliable trucks that are stored indoors, and full-time weekday hours year-round, please apply to learn more.
What We Offer:
- $28 Per Hour Starting Rate and more if you choose to train and can proficiently operate a roll off truck and/or our straight truck - usual training time without experience in less than a month in each vehicle
- Performance review at 90 days with a potential pay increase based on performance
- Overtime after 40 hours
- Home Daily - Daytime Hours ONLY
- Weekends Off!
- Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurances
- 401K with 100% Matching Employer Contribution
- PTO during 1st - 6 months of employment and 2 weeks of Paid Time Off during your first year with us
We will have you do a test drive with our Lead Driver during our interview process to provide a realistic job preview. Allied Resource Recovery is a smaller, family-owned recycling business that has been in operation since 1938!
