What We Ask of Our Technicians:
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
- Build strong relationships with customers and demonstrate a high degree of trustworthiness and integrity
- Excel both in teams and when working independently
- Quickly learn and adapt to meet the challenges of varied assignments
- Commit to developing mastery in the applicable electrical, controls, and mechanical aspects of the job
- Be willing to travel up to 20% of the time across the State of Hawaii
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing controls, PLC’s, VFD’s, and SCADA for water and wastewater systems
- State of Hawaii Electrical Journeyworker (EJ) license highly preferred
- Can read and troubleshoot using PLC programs and electrical control schematics
- Can maintain outstanding relationships with customers
- Can supervise and provide technical assistance and training to other field service technicians

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
