Join our team as a Data Centre Site Superintendent working in the construction industry , working with a well-established company known for its expertise in delivering high-quality projects. With a strong reputation built over several decades, we specialize in diverse construction projects ranging from commercial buildings to infrastructure developments.
Duties:
- Take charge of all on-site data centre construction operations, overseeing projects from start to finish to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
- Supervise subcontractors to ensure adherence to data centre project schedules and quality standards.
- Enforce rigorous safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Utilize data centre construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam for efficient project scheduling and documentation.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, address any issues promptly, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Implement quality control measures to uphold superior workmanship standards throughout the project duration.
- Efficiently manage contracts, budgets, and available resources to meet project objectives within specified timelines.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Construction Management or a related field is advantageous.
- 8 years hands on ground up data centre experience
- Proven experience in managing construction projects, particularly in areas such as Pipeline or Construction Estimating.
- Proficiency in OSHA regulations, Primavera software, and contract management.
- Strong background in overseeing construction projects and ensuring quality assurance.
- Familiarity with industry-standard software tools like ProCore and Bluebeam.

Pay: $130,927.00 - $150,304.00 per year
