CARSTAR Ambassador Collision is an I-CAR Gold Class certified collision center, offering a comprehensive range of services, including bodywork, automotive painting, mechanical repair, frame repair, windshield repair and installtion, as well as wheel and tire repair. Our extensive auto insurance network ensures hassle-free and timely repairs for our customers.

Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must pass all pre-employment screenings, including background and MVR checks.
- Must be able to communicate in English and Spanish effectively.
- Must be able to converse affectively and professionally in person and over the phone.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in a related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in CCC software
- In-depth knowledge of collision repair processes, parts, and materials.
- Advanced understanding and knowledge of repair processes/procedures.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, adapt in a fast-paced environment, and provide personable, friendly customer service.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to understand instructions, both written and verbal.
- Ability to perform consistent physical activities, including reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.

Job Responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls, emails, or messages from customers promptly and professionally.
- Providing accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Resolving customer issues or complaints efficiently and effectively, striving for first-call resolution whenever possible.
- Maintaining a positive and helpful attitude, even in challenging situations.
- Escalating complex issues to higher levels of management or specialized departments when needed.
- Document customer interactions and updating customer records in the company's database.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to customers.
- Keep up to date with promotions and company policies to provide up-to-date information to customers.
- Practice in ongoing training and professional development to improve skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with the repair team to ensure seamless repair processes.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, including parts used, labor hours, and relevant information.
- Familiar with Windows OS, Microsoft Word and Excel, and Google Business Suite.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 48 per week
