Responsibilities:
- Perform setup and operation of livestreaming equipment, including hardware and software devices such as cameras, lighting, camera resolutions, audio, and screen feedback.
- Monitor and effectively guide interactive scenes in the livestream, collaborate with hosts to introduce products, liven up the atmosphere, timely post announcements, address fan questions in the barrage, and maintain order in the livestream.
- Plan and oversee overall livestream e-commerce operations, including aspects such as products, content, users, activities, and advertising, aimed at increasing fan growth, engagement, and sales conversion rate.
- Coordinate and manage the entire process of implementing livestreams, including arranging hosts and staff, operating the livestream backend, and collecting, organizing, and providing feedback on post-livestream data.
- Responsible for building and operating the e-commerce content section primarily on TikTok, familiar with various livestreaming tools and operational data analysis, as well as livestream room management, hosts, teams, and personnel structure.
- Develop and implement promotion strategies for TikTok, adjust promotion strategies based on analysis results, monitor the actual effects of TikTok advertisements, and continuously optimize and adjust advertising strategies to improve return on investment.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and expression skills in both Mandarin and English.
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments, and keen interest in e-commerce and digital marketing trends.
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
- Flexibility to work evenings (no later than 8pm) and other weekends as needed.
