Business Development Manager
Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team on a commission only basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving growth through strategic planning and effective negotiation.
- Identify and Target New Business Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities in various industries to generate new leads and contracts.
- Develop and Maintain Relationships: Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within potential client organizations.
- Secure Job Orders: Successfully obtain job orders from new and existing clients by understanding their staffing needs and presenting tailored recruitment solutions.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the agency and clients.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs to drive revenue growth.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to effectively position our services and stay ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate with Recruitment Team: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless handover of job orders and client requirements, enabling efficient candidate sourcing and placement.
Qualifications:
- Experience in recruiting and staffing sales
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field
- Strong understanding of software solutions and technologies
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
- Proficiency in strategic planning and negotiation techniques
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Knowledge of market analysis and business intelligence tools
