Prep & Line Cook Responsibilities:
- Complete menu knowledge and preparation
- Coordinate food and kitchenware needs
- Check freshness and quality of ingredients
- Assist in the development of menu items
- Food preparation and quality control

Pizza Maker Responsibilities:
- Complete menu knowledge and preparation
- Preparation and throwing of pizza dough
- Placement of toppings on pizza based on pizza ordered
- Check freshness and quality of ingredients
- Coordination of multiple pizzas in brick oven simultaneously
- Assist in the development of menu items
- Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests
Busser & Dishwasher Responsibilities:
- Clearing and setting tables in a timely and efficient manner.
- Performing station opening/closing setup for each shift.
- Restocking glassware, ice, and beverage items.
- Polishing, rolling, and prepping silverware
- Making sure chairs, floors and Guest dining areas are clean.

- Cleans and sanitizes all dishware, flatware and glassware.
- Carefully sorts all dishware and flatware to ensure none are lost or disposed of.
- Cleans and sanitizes kitchen pots, pans and utensils.
- Adheres to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Carefully handles all glassware and dishware to eliminate breakage.
- Empties all trash in the kitchen and cleans and maintains trash cans.
- Assists the other kitchen staff members with pressure point relief during the shift as needed.
- Assists with line maintenance, sweeping and clearing dirty dishes.
Manager Responsibilities:
- Restaurant management background
- Able to plan, schedule and execute each shift daily
- Creates a warm and fun atmosphere for Guests and Team Members.
- Ability to train, develop and lead team members
- Ability to create a fun and collaborative work environment for all team members
- Must be excited about achieving personal and professional growth
- Responsible for sound financial decisions and working to increase sales and profits
Hostess / Host Responsibilities:
- Welcome and warmly greet guests on arrival.
- May assist in coordinating activities of dining room personnel to ensure prompt and courteous service to residents and guests.
- Manage the efficient and timely seating of our guests to a table that best serves their wishes.
- When possible, open the front door for guests entering or leaving the restaurant.
- Accommodate special seating requests for guests whenever possible.
- Seat guests based on guest preferences and balancing of resident flow in service stations.
Server Responsibilities:
- Creates a warm and fun atmosphere for Guests and Team Members.
- Greets newly seated Guests in a friendly and timely manner.
- Thorough understanding of all menu items and is able to answer questions regarding their preparation.
- Be able to make great recommendations to keep your Guests full and smiling
- Works quickly and efficiently.
- Excellent communication and cash payment handling skills.
- Assists other Team Members as needed.
- Monitoring Guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Keeps station clean, sets up and takes down station tables appropriately.
- Dress code must look neat, clean and professional at all times.
- Check freshness and quality of plated food prior to Guest delivery.
- Assist in the development of new menu items.
- Work with management to create a memorable experience for Guests.
Qualifications:
- (Looks Good) Previous experience in culinary arts, cooking, or other related fields

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
