```Duties```
As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive physical therapy services to patients in their place of residence. We provide exceptional, individualized home healthcare to improve their overall wellness in the comfort of their homes. This position offers complete flexibility AND upward mobility.

PLEASE NOTE: This is our per visit/case rate.
- Conducting patient evaluations and assessments to determine the appropriate treatment plan
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment programs based on patient needs and goals
- Administering therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve strength, range of motion, and mobility
- Providing manual therapy techniques such as trigger point therapy to address pain and muscle tension
- Educating patients on proper body mechanics and exercises for home exercise programs
- Monitoring and documenting patient progress throughout the course of treatment
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for patients
- Adhering to all legal, ethical, and professional guidelines in the provision of physical therapy services
```Requirements```
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Valid license or certification as a Physical Therapist
- Previous experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
- Familiarity with pediatric physical therapy and acute care is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare team members
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt treatment plans based on patient progress
