Customer Success/Implementation Representative

DataCrest is an early stage (post-revenue), well-funded, SaaS company seeking a creative and focused member to join our team. This is an opportunity to be an integral part of the team at an early stage with a fast-growing environment and fun culture. We are seeking candidates who are organized, tech savvy, and preferably with some insurance background. We have created solutions for clear and omnipresent problems restraining deal flow and revenue for our current and target clients.
This team member is responsible for managing client relationships, implementation, and ongoing success of clients. DataCrest’s business model is to license software products for clients to improve their sales and operations. It will be your responsibility to collaborate with the various stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify expectations, report statuses, make technical or operational recommendations, and manage any partners/vendors involved with the client. This role will set and manage deadlines and tasks to ensure successful engagement outcomes. Post implementation, this role will monitor the customer’s system/platform, drive adoption/cross sell other products, and continue to work with management, partners, and vendors to ensure on-going success for all related business objectives. Successful ownership of accounts ensures best outcomes for all stakeholders and increases income for this team member.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with general questions regarding DataCrest software
- Elevate customers with more advanced issues to the relevant member of the customer success team
- Document and communicate requests from clients and internal stakeholders
- Demonstrate critical thinking skills and apply persistent attitude to solve problems
- Work collaboratively in a team setting
- Must genuinely care about people and have a strong desire to help
- Ability to build rapport with clients
Requirements:
- Experience servicing stakeholders and a significant number of clients/technologies
- Strong project management skills especially when managing multi-concurrent project demands
- Technologically savvy, experienced with Excel/Google Sheets, Google Suite, email capabilities
- Knowledge of P&C insurance and industry operations is strongly preferred
- Excellent time management skills (ability to prioritize and multitask)
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities and problem solving
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated experience working with insurance technology providers and carriers is preferred
- Experience with insurance-specific systems, such as Policy Management, Claims Management, and Loss Control systems/services is preferred
- Results oriented, consistently delivering high quality work
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent applicable work experience
- Insurance industry appropriate professional designations within the insurance industry preferred
Compensation:
- $55,000 - $65,000 annual base salary
- Commission and Bonus potential
- Generous benefit and vacation/PTO plan
