We are searching for a qualified and experienced Rental/Dispatch Coordinator to oversee the daily dispatching of equipment and technicians, taking and processing equipment rental orders in a safe and timely manner, and other duties assigned. Responsibilities will include:
· Scheduling mechanics and drivers by organizing the daily dispatch of all the equipment.
· Opening and closing rental orders
· Coordinating transportation and field service demands for the equipment under normal and emergency situations.
· Perform record keeping on all purchase orders and warranties on trucks, trailers, and equipment.
· Maintain customer relations via phone and fax, making additions, cancellations, and changes regarding equipment location.
· Arrange for all emergency field repairs.
· Oversee the loading and unloading of all equipment and supplies in a safe manner.

· Working with Service Team on scheduling and managing technician and driver overtime

To be qualified for this position, the ideal candidate must have a high school diploma, Equipment rental procedures and heavy equipment dispatch experience, knowledge of the DOT/Federal Motor Carrier rules and regulations, and strong organizational skills. We are looking for candidates with a positive and professional phone demeanor, the ability to multi-task, and a diligent attention to safety. A valid driver’s license is required, and can lift 75 lbs.
