Requirements:
Serve Safe Certification, Culinary Graduate a plus
- Proven experience as a lead line cook or sous chef
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
