- As a Client Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuri
seamless communication and coordination between our cl
nts and internal teams for scheduling appointments. Your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail will be instrumental in providing top-notch service to our clients.
**Responsibilities:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for theXTermiGator clients, addressing inquiries and providing information, education and securing treatment appointments in a professional manner.
- Coordinate appointments details, managing calendars efficiently.
- Assist with order entry and processing to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Maintain accurate client records and update databases regularly.
- Utilize computerized systems for managing client information effectively.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when interacting with clients and colleagues.
- Support office management by assisting with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
- Communicate across teams for a seamless client experience. Always being proactive for the benefit of an excellent end-to-end experience.

- Proven experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in computerized systems for data entry and record keeping and scheduling.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Experience in Excel and Google Suite is a plus.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to manage calendars efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
