We are seeking an experienced Reservation Call Center Manager to oversee the operations of our reservation call centers for two of our luxury hotels, with the potential to expand into managing a centralized call center for our growing luxury hotel collection. The ideal candidate will be adept at leading a team, optimizing reservation processes, and delivering exceptional customer service.
