Join the Allied Flooring Solutions team, the fastest growing flooring equipment rental enterprise in North America. We're currently in search of an Outside Sales Representative.
In this role, you'll be tasked with driving profitable business by attaining new business via rentals and sales. With the full fleet of equipment ready to go to work for customers, the opportunity for growth and earnings are limitless. The Outside Sales Rep is responsible for; territory development, executing sales strategies for growth and retention, and contributing to the overall growth of your local branch.
Qualifications for success may include:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field plus at least one year of related experience, OR three to four years of sales experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- 21 years of age
Key skills and abilities you'll rely on:
- Proficiency in prospecting, lead generation, cold calling, fostering new business relationships, and retaining customers
- Strong communication and negotiation prowess
- Solid grasp of computer operations
- Familiarity with floor scrubbing, sweeping, or surface prep equipment is advantageous
- Fluency in Spanish may be preferred in certain locations
The physical demands of this position entail various activities such as bending, lifting heavy objects, and working both indoors and outdoors as needed. Base Pay Range: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00
Total compensation package includes base pay plus a lucrative commission structure that has an uncapped, limitless upside.
Allied Flooring Solutions also covers 100% of employee health benefits
Initial pay rate can vary depending on factors like position, location, education, training, and experience.
