Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Risk Manager to oversee our operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services and a proven track record of driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
· Participate as a member of the corporate management team in planning, policy formulation, and administrative decision making with particular reference to the role, functions, and operations of direct care services.
· Provide clinical consultation to administrators, managers, supervisors, and line leadership, and safety committee regarding risk management issues.
· Direct review of root cause analysis and incident reports, quality improvement process, and standards of service delivery.
· Maintain direct contact with claims managers. Participate in weekly and monthly claims review meetings.
· Identify and measure all exposures to loss.
· Remain informed regarding new laws and regulations governing the operations of the company.
· Maintain current Corporate Policies and Procedures in a manner to protect the company from litigation and losses.
· Review patient transport records or workers’ compensation incident reports for accuracy, confidentiality, and completeness.
· Maintain documents in the corporate office for safe keeping designated for “Client Attorney Privilege”.
· Communicate to management and staff high risk activities identified in the operation and/or operating environment.
· Oversee prevention activities, safety programs, and recommendations by committees that impact the risk of the operation.
· Function as an essential link between the defense attorney and Senior Leadership when a claim is made.
Requirements:
· Certification as Risk Manager.
· Knowledge, skill, and competence in leadership, management, and supervision.
· Communication skills with management, professional and non-professional staff.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
