Position Responsibilities:
1.Oversee recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and monitoring recruitment progress to meet hiring goals.
2.Assist in employee performance management by collecting and organizing performance data, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback to enhance employee performance.
3.Manage employee social insurance and welfare affairs, address employee inquiries, and ensure the implementation of welfare policies.
4.Handle employee relations matters, such as complaints and disputes, by facilitating timely communication and coordination to foster a positive work environment.
5.Manage daily administrative tasks in the office, including file management and procurement of office supplies, to ensure smooth office operations.
6.Assist in external communication and coordination, participate in external events, and maintain cooperative relationships with external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Administrative Management, or related fields preferred.
2.3 years or more of experience with solid knowledge in recruitment, performance management, and welfare management.
3.Strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively handle employee relations issues.
4.Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities to address complex situations promptly and effectively.
5.Responsible, dedicated, able to handle work pressure, and committed to continuous learning and self-improvement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $5,500.00 - $7,000.00 per month
