Description:
- Plan, direct, or coordinate the work activities and resources necessary for manufacturing products in accordance with cost, quality, and quantity specifications.

Communicate the mission, vision, values, and strategy of the company; develop and align short and long plant strategy, goals and prioritize initiatives.

Lead day-to-day operations of the plant in achievement of company business and financial objectives ensuring manufacturing performance and quality, preventive maintenance, and production planning.

P&L responsibility managing overall financial performance of the site by analyzing and reconciling financial reports, costs, forecasts and incorporate into business plan (i.e., annual budget, personnel wages, incentive programs, utilities, maintenance, production, and other facilities costs).

Create and sustain a great work environment where the team is safe, engaged, and happy.

Manage employee development, career path, skill/performance-based pay systems including selection, training, growth and development of shift and staff personnel.

Effectively and proactively interact and communicate with all levels of the organization, fostering an environment of trust, open communication, and accountability.

Collaborate with sales & distribution to drive the right marketing and sales campaigns to maximize plant utilization and profitability.

Drive continuous improvement plans using Lean and operation excellence tools across functional departments.

Leads the plant safety initiatives through the participation and development of safety training programs, plant safety meetings, safety audits and by encouraging employee involvement through safety suggestion and recognition programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

Position requires 5 years of related experience, which must include some experience in each of the following skills:

Six Sigma, Lean, and/or Kaizen.

Manufacturing/ERP/database systems software (Infor Experience Preferred)

Leadership experience (80+ Site) & Manager Level (Leader of Leaders)
-
Supply Chain experience (Procurement, Planning & Logistics)

Manufacturing Production Management Experience.
